5. Personnel having business with any units located in restricted sectors

Will use only authorized roads to enter or leave such sectors.

6. Commanding Officers of all organizations and units will be held strictly

of their command. Dissemination of the contents of this memorandum will be accomplished

by its being read to all personnel at least twice and by this order being posted on

the bulletin boards of all organizations for a period of at least one (1) month.

7. Island Command Special Order No. 26-45, dated 2 February 1945, and

Modification No. 1 to that Special Order, dated 11 March 1945, are hereby rescinded,

Will be withdrawn from files and destroyed.
